Motor insurance is a legal requirement and thus every car owner or user must conform to. This has led to the springing up of several insurance companies who seek to meet the demands of their clients in times of need. They have various packages which they offer to their clientele.
In as much as these insurance companies boast of the rapidness at which they pay claims to their clients and their good client service, car owners and users have always had an issue or two with them.
